> Function as a liaison between the US customers and Chinese suppliers to achieve seamless communication and ensure better quality control and timing

> Provide direction and training to our Chinese suppliers to enable them to measure current performance and continuously improve production process control, purchased material controls, advanced quality planning, design of experiments, and gaging and measurement equipment with formal calibration program

> Regularly visit our Chinese suppliers to enhance knowledge of supplier capabilities and audit their quality systems.
